2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed by the user, cancellation is not allowed from the customer side. The order will remain in "Pending" status for up to 60 seconds for vendor acceptance. If the vendor does not accept the order within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

• Customers cannot cancel the order after placing it.
• If the vendor does not accept the order within 60 seconds, it will be auto-cancelled.
• The refund will be initiated automatically for auto-cancelled orders.
• Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used during the transaction.
• Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment provider.
